Defect Summary:	DURING ASSEMBLY, THE TIE ROD END NUTS WERE NOT PROPERLY TORQUED. EXTREMELY LOW TORQUE CAN ALLOW MOVEMENT BEWEEN THE BALL STUD AND THE TIE ROD ARM CAUSING DAMAGE.
Consequence Summary:	THIS CONDITION CAN AFFECT THE DRIVER'S ABILITY TOSTEER THE VEHICLE INCREASING THE POTENTIAL FOR A VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL CHECK THE TORQUE ON THE BALL STUDS OF THE SUSPECT AXLES AND BRING THE TORQUE UP TO ROCKWELL'S SPECIFICATIONS.
