Consequence Summary:	LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE MOTORCYCLE CAN OCCUR INCREASING THE RISK OF A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE TALL TOURING HANDLEBARS. IF THE KITS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ON VEHICLES, THE OWNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED BY OUR DEALER NETWORK TO HAVE THE SUSPECT TALL TOURING HANDLEBARS REPLACED.
