Consequence Summary:	THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE A DRIVER TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE TRAILER INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL REPLACE THESE WHEELS.
