Consequence Summary:	CRACKS IN A HUB FLANGE CAN RESULT IN A WHEEL SEPARATION.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL REMOVE AND REPLACE THE FRONT HUBS WITH AN IMPROVED DESIGN LEVEL 2 HUB.
