Consequence Summary:	THIS COULD RESULT IN THE TIRE COLLAPSING OR COMING LOOSE FROM THE TRAILER, INCREASING THE RISK OF A CRASH.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL RE-WELD THE TRAILERS OR, IF NECESSARY, REPLACE THE AXLES IF RE-WELDING IS NOT FEASIBLE.
