Consequence Summary:	THIS CONDITION CAN AFFECT THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ASSEMBLY, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY TO AN OCCUPANT IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL INSPECT, MODIFY, AND, IF NECESSARY, REPLACE THE SEAT BELT REEL.
