Consequence Summary:	THIS INADEQUATE WELDING COULD ALLOW THE TUBE TO SEPARATE FROM THE ARM, RESULTING IN A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE LOWER CONTROL ARM.
