Consequence Summary:	THIS CAN PREVENT THE THROTTLE FROM FULLY RETURNING TO IDLE, WHICH COULD CAUSE A CRASH WITHOUT WARNING.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL REPLACE AND RELOCATE A PCV SYSTEM TUBE.
