Consequence Summary:	THIS CAN CAUSE LOOSE WHEELS AND INCREASE THE RISK OF A CRASH.
Corrective Summary:	DITCH WITCH WILL REPLACE THE WHEELS AND DAMAGED COMPONENTS. OWNER NOTIFICATION IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN APRIL 1, 2004.
