Consequence Summary:	SEIZURE OF THE BEARINGS CAN CAUSE WHEEL SEPARATION OR WHEEL END FIRE.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL REPLACE ALL FRONT AXLE HUBS. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN ON NOVEMBER 12, 2003.
