Defect Summary:	ON CERTAIN TRAVEL TRAILERS AND FIFTH WHEELS EQUIPPED WITH EZ-FLO GROUND FAULT CIRCUIT INTERRUPTER (GFCI) RECEPTACLES, THE RECEPTACLE MAY NOT TRIP WHEN A GROUND FAULT IS PRESENT.
Consequence Summary:	THIS COULD RESULT IN RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK AND CAUSE A FIRE HAZARD.
Corrective Summary:	DEALERS WILL INSPECT AND REPLACE THE GFCI RECEPTACLE. OWNER NOTIFICATION IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN DECEMBER 19, 2003. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT GULF STREAM AT 1-800-289-8787.
